KIDS: Creatures of the Night! at the Montauk Library

Meet and learn about live nocturnal animals, including an owl, opossum, snake, tarantula, and chinchilla, plus a taxidermy bat. Students will learn the physical adaptations that each nocturnal animal has, as well as their diets and habitats. Discussion will also include native Long Island nocturnal wildlife.
